A Full Retail Buildout for Luxe Redux Bridal’s 15th Location
When a growing brand opens its 15th location, the new space has to deliver the same experience customers already expect, on schedule and without surprises. Green Heart was proud to handle the complete interior buildout for Luxe Redux Bridal’s newest store on Marietta Street in Atlanta.
A True Start-to-Finish Buildout
This was not a cosmetic refresh. Green Heart took the space from an open shell to a finished, customer-ready boutique, managing every trade under one contract:
Framing, Drywall, and Insulation. Laying out the space, building the walls that define it, and preparing every surface for finishes.
Mechanical. Keeping the boutique comfortable for customers and staff throughout the day.
Electrical. Power and lighting to support the store’s layout and showcase its merchandise.
Plumbing. Rough-in and finish plumbing for the space’s facilities.
Doors, Frames, and Hardware. Installed for security, durability, and a clean finished look.
Painting. The finished color and surface quality that customers see first.
Flooring and Tile. Durable, attractive surfaces built for steady foot traffic.
Counters and Carpentry. Custom work that gives the store its working surfaces and finished character.
Accessories. The final details that make a space complete and ready to open.
Why One Contractor for Every Trade Matters
A buildout with nine trades in one space comes down to sequencing. Framing has to be done before mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in can go in. Rough-in has to pass inspection before drywall closes the walls. Finishes can’t start until the dusty work is done. If one trade falls behind, every trade after it slips too.
When a single general contractor manages all of it, the schedule stays coordinated, communication runs through one point of contact, and problems get solved on site instead of passed between subcontractors. For a retailer working toward an opening date, that difference shows up in the calendar and the budget.
Built for a Brand That Keeps Growing
Fifteen locations means Luxe Redux Bridal knows exactly what a store needs to look and feel like. Our job was to match that standard in a new building, with finishes and details consistent with the brand’s experience.
Retail clients with multiple locations need a contractor who can take a proven concept and execute it cleanly in a new space. That is the core of our tenant improvement work: turning leased space into a finished, functional environment built around the tenant’s needs.
Planning Makes the Difference
Successful buildouts start well before the first wall goes up. Through preconstruction planning, we work out scope, budget, sequencing, and long-lead materials early, so the field work runs smoothly and the store opens when it’s supposed to.
