Pat Sullivan
Melissa Sullivan serves as President of Green Heart Enterprises, guiding the company’s strategic direction, client engagement, and operational standards. She plays a key role in aligning project execution with organizational goals, ensuring consistent performance across multiple construction sectors. Her leadership centers on disciplined processes, relationship-driven collaboration, and maintaining the reliability clients expect in high-stakes construction environments.
Vice President
Pat is co-owner and Vice President of Operations for Green Heart Enterprises, where he helps lead the company’s growth and operations. Pat has lead Operations for Green Heart for 25 years , and specializes in managing complex projects in high-profile environments, with expertise in project planning, trade coordination, labor management, and supervision. A graduate of University of West Georgia, Pat combines industry knowledge with strong leadership and a commitment to excellence. He is also a dedicated youth sports coach and mentor, bringing teamwork, communication, and leadership skills to both his community and his professional work.

Evan Williams oversees operational performance, project execution, and team leadership across Green Heart Enterprises’ commercial construction portfolio. In this role, he focuses on driving operational efficiency, strengthening project management processes, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality. With a background in law enforcement special operations and construction management, he brings disciplined leadership and strong coordination to complex projects and fast-paced environments. Evan focuses on improving operational systems, supporting project teams, and delivering consistent, high-quality results for clients.
Patrick is a licensed National Commercial Building Contractor in Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina with executive leadership experience delivering complex, large-scale construction operations, now focused on commercial aviation facilities. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Magna Cum Laude, from East Carolina University and an Associate degree in Building Construction Technology from Pitt Community College. A United States Marine Corps and Air Force veteran and married father of five, Patrick brings disciplined leadership, operational precision, and safety-driven execution to high-stakes aviation and commercial environments.
