Green Heart Enterprises: A Family Business

Green Heart Enterprises is proud to be a family-owned and operated business here in Georgia dedicated to collaboration and integrity. Our mission is to deliver quality projects for a fair price, meeting or exceeding the expectation of our customers, and showing our passion for what we do. But it’s not all about hitting deadlines and meeting budgets, we want to create value for our partners and help their customers ultimately achieve their goals. It’s about putting people first in every decision we make, from business practices to how we treat employees and clients.

These values and the culture at Green Heart impact each and every project we take on.

Green Heart is owned and operated by husband and wife team Melissa Sullivan (President) and Pat Sullivan (Vice President). They purchased the company in 2005 after working for the company as employees. They have been happily married for over 20 years and have three boys that keep them very busy. They knew the company would reflect their family mindset of social responsibility and carry strong community ties within the greater metro Atlanta.

Not only do they take a Family First approach to work/life balance, but they strive to cultivate a family atmosphere in the workplace. They work to ensure everyone is comfortable and the office is an environment conducive to employees openly sharing new ideas, feeling heard, and being empowered to make decisions.

At Green Heart, giving back is another core value. We are constantly striving to better our community through a variety of initiatives. Our President, Melissa, volunteers for an organization called "The Place" where meals are served weekly to underprivileged families in the North Georgia community. She is also on the board as the Athletic Chair at Kings Ridge Christian School in Alpharetta, Georgia. Pat, Vice President, gives his time volunteer coaching local football and baseball Together, Melissa and Pat are active in their church where they volunteer their time on various committees; they also support organizations including World Vision, Son of a Saint and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Employees volunteer multiple times per year at the East Point Housing afterschool program, and have provided sporting equipment to a local elementary school. The Green Heart Team is also an annual sponsor for the Delta Flight Museum Classic Golf Tournament as well as the AATC annual golf tournament that supports the USO, and the Delta CRE Clay Shoot supporting The Children's Hospital. Our continued involvement with local industry organizations such as Associated General Contractors of Georgia, Inc. also keeps us sharp, informed, and excited about the future.

Today, Green Heart Enterprises continues to grow considerably through hard work and keeping that promise to put people first. If you’d like to learn more about our company or what we can do for your next project contact us today.
