Delta Control Center

Delta Airlines chose Green Heart Enterprises for yet another expansion and renovation project at its Atlanta Headquarters.

It was imperative that this project was completed within a five-week time frame set by Delta, and of course, within budget. The project goal was to expand and modernize the Control Center for Delta Airlines. The scope of work involved 20,000 square feet of unfinished space. That meant everything from a raised flooring system to allow for communication wiring, office walls, and new electrical and plumbing were installed and upgraded.

HVAC upgrades were also installed alongside new, exposed ductwork. The entire space required PDU redundant power, which meant electrical improvements were also installed in conjunction with lighting upgrades.

The expansion included new restrooms as well as manager and director offices. Glass interior walls were used for offices and conference rooms to improve the openness and positive ambiance. New furniture and fixtures were installed throughout the entire area with modern and high-end finishes. Automatic sliding doors with card access were also installed to secure the main entryway.
